Fires broke out in the Rostov region after a UAV attack.

Wildfires occurred in two areas of the Rostov region after a drone attack, and they were extinguished.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", more than 30 drones were destroyed on the night of October 1 in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky and six districts of the Rostov region; in the Chertkovsky district, dry grass caught fire due to falling drone debris.

In one day, more than 110 UAVs were destroyed in the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky and 9 districts of the region: Verkhnedonskoy, Kamensky, Millerovsky, Soviet (rural), Tarasovsky, Ust-Donetsky, Chertkovsky, Sholokhovsky, Bokovsky, the governor of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar, reported today.

"In the Chertkovsky district, a fire broke out due to falling UAV debris. The fire has been extinguished. In the Sholokhovsky district, a forest fire caused by falling UAV debris has been extinguished," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, there are no casualties.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that the Rostov region is regularly subjected to drone attacks. Thus, on September 25, during a drone attack, the Novoshakhtinsk oil products plant was damaged, and the enterprise suspended operations. On September 24, in the Kagalnitsky district, the oil depot sustained damage.
