The video, showing how a resident of Krasnodar independently repaired potholes in the asphalt in the courtyard of apartment buildings, was published on August 29 by the Telegram channel "Krasnodar | Teletype".

In the footage, a man took several bags of construction mix from the trunk of his car, filled the pothole with it, and then compacted the mix.

This video on the Telegram channel "Krasnodar | Teletype", which has more than 126 thousand subscribers, had about 6.4 thousand views and six comments by 13:25 MSK on August 30.

Commentators, identifying themselves as Krasnodar residents, criticized the work of the road services and the administration. "I assume: the new trend among road workers is 'if you need it, you do it yourself,'" sarcastically remarked Mikhailych.

"Why are we paying taxes?" asked Alexey Belotsky.

"Learn from this, specialists from the city administration," said a comment from user L H.

"And then a fine for ruining state asphalt without coordination with the administration," wrote Vladislava M.

As of 13:25 MSK on August 30, there are no comments on the Krasnodar administration's website regarding the residents' criticism of the city services.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that residents of Krasnodar periodically complain about the condition of roads and urban infrastructure.
