A guest of the recreation center near Donetsk in the Rostov region was hospitalized after debris from a drone fell.

"Caucasian Knot" reported that on August 11, as a result of drone debris falling in the Tarasovsky district, a forest strip caught fire, and in the Kamensky district, fires broke out in two areas of the forestry.

The girl, who was at the recreation center "Istok" near Donetsk in the Rostov region, was injured during an air attack, reported Governor Yuri Slyusar.

According to the official, the girl was injured due to the falling drone. "The injured person is in moderate condition and has been taken to the city hospital; medical staff are providing her with assistance," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Slyusar added that due to the falling drone in the territory of the Gundorovsky water intake in the village of Malaya Kamenka in the Kamensky district, dry vegetation caught fire. There are no casualties there, according to preliminary data.

The Rostov region is regularly subjected to drone attacks. For instance, on August 2, as a result of drone debris falling in the Millerovsky district, a fire occurred at the elevator. On the night of July 25, during a drone attack, four people were injured in Rostov-on-Don and one in the Krasnosulinsky district. On July 20, the fall of drone debris led to a forest fire in the Sholokhovsky district, and on July 19, for the same reason, a wheat field caught fire in the Krasnosulinsky district.
