The case of an ambulance doctor has reached court in Makhachkala.

The case of the ambulance doctor who examined a Makhachkala kindergarten student shortly before her death and ignored instructions for emergency hospitalization has been referred to court.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," the actions of the ambulance doctor who examined the Makhachkala kindergarten student but refused to hospitalize her were classified by investigators after the girl's death as abandonment in danger.

The investigation into the criminal case of abandonment in danger, brought against the doctor of the mobile ambulance team, has been completed in Makhachkala. The article (Article 125 of the Russian Criminal Code) charged against the woman carries a sentence of up to one year in prison or forced labor.

According to investigators, a medical team was called to a private kindergarten in Makhachkala to provide assistance to a young girl. After examining the child, the doctor identified indications for emergency hospitalization, but did not arrange for the girl to be taken to the hospital, despite recognizing the real threat to her life and health.

The girl was later taken to the hospital in serious condition. Despite receiving medical care, she died.

The criminal case has been sent to the prosecutor for approval of the indictment and subsequent referral to court, the Investigative Committee for Dagestan reported.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that two teachers and a nanny in Makhachkala are accused of involvement in the injury of a girl at the kindergarten. The three-year-old girl was hospitalized with a diagnosis of "traumatic amputation of the little toe of her right foot."

Following the incident, the accused were fired from their jobs, as was the head of the institution, and investigations began at all kindergartens in Makhachkala. According to a source, the child's finger was pinched by a door, and it "began to come loose, but the teachers had already cut it off." The girl's severed finger was placed in her tights, and it fell out at home.
