The FSB reported the arrest of a woman from Khakassia for recruiting a teenager from Tuapse.

A Khakassia resident sent a teenager from Tuapse videos of school attacks and bomb-making instructions, law enforcement officials said.

According to law enforcement officials, the 2008 resident of Sayanogorsk used a messenger to promote the ideology of a terrorist organization banned in Russia. The woman planned to lure her interlocutors into illegal activities.

During the investigation, law enforcement agencies identified a teenager from Tuapse to whom the woman sent videos of people committing terrorist attacks on educational institutions, as well as instructions for making weapons of mass destruction, Kuban24 reported today.

The Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia has opened a criminal case for public justification of terrorism. The article carries a prison sentence of up to seven years. Investigators are currently establishing all the circumstances of the crimes committed, the press service of the FSB Directorate for Khakassia reported.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that a military court in Rostov-on-Don sentenced Krasnodar Krai resident Andrei Peshkov to ten years in a maximum-security prison. According to security officials, Peshkov tried to persuade an acquaintance to join the Russian Volunteer Corps*.
