He presented the correspondent with documents proving the use of torture against his son. Thus, a forensic medical examination was conducted between February 18 and March 19, 2025, by experts from the Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination. They found that Kulbyakov had “round burn wounds... with clear boundaries, covered with brown crusts raised above the level of the surrounding skin (on the chest, hands, thighs, feet, and back).”

“Multiple pigment spots were found at the site of healing of the burn wounds—these are the result of contact "with a cylindrical metal object, resembling a 'fork' when an electric charge passes through it...
