A Novorossiysk resident was injured in a drone attack.

A Novorossiysk resident was hospitalized after being injured by fragments from a broken window during a drone attack. Three apartment buildings, as well as an oil depot at the Sheskharis transshipment complex, were damaged.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," on November 13, authorities in Kuban reported on the aftermath of a drone and unmanned boat attack in the Black Sea. Ten residential buildings were damaged in the village of Afipsky, the village of Siverskaya, and the village of Volnoye.

A Novorossiysk resident was injured when fragments from a drone struck his fourth-floor apartment and was hospitalized, the Kuban Operational Headquarters reported.

According to authorities, three apartment buildings, including a five-story building and a 16-story building, were damaged by drone fragments. Damage to residential buildings, according to authorities, is limited to broken windows; there are no fires.

Novorossiysk authorities also reported that the drone attack damaged an oil depot at the Sheskharis transshipment complex and coastal facilities. No one was reportedly injured at the oil depot. Novorossiysk residents reported a fire and smoke in one of the coastal areas after the explosion. They also reported damage to the Lenta hypermarket building, according to the SHOT Telegram channel.

Authorities announced a drone attack threat in Novorossiysk around midnight, and sirens were activated in the city shortly thereafter. Authorities in Anapa and the Tuapse District later issued a drone attack threat.

At 0:51 AM Moscow time, a Rosaviatsiya representative announced that additional flight restrictions had been imposed due to a security threat at Krasnodar Airport. Earlier, at 8:48 PM Moscow time on November 13, Gelendzhik Airport operations were restricted. Both airports do not handle civilian flights at night: in Krasnodar, the permanent restriction is in effect from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM Moscow time, and in Gelendzhik, from 8:00 PM to 8:30 AM Moscow time.

The "Caucasian Knot" also reported that on September 24, two people were killed and 14 others were injured following a drone and unmanned boat attack on Novorossiysk and Tuapse. In Novorossiysk, nine of the 12 injured were hospitalized, and three more received outpatient care. In Tuapse, two people were hospitalized in moderate condition, one of them a minor.

That day, in Novorossiysk, Tuapse, Gelendzhik, and Sochi, people were ordered to leave beaches and embankments due to the threat of drone attacks from the sea and air. However, in Sochi, some vacationers returned to the sea, despite the drone threat not being cancelled. Social media users called this behavior reckless. Civilians in the coastal areas of Kuban resorts risk becoming accidental victims in attacks by drones and unmanned boats, so the evacuation of vacationers from the beaches was a justified precaution, confirmed experts interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot."
