Beslan has reported that law enforcers conducted an intensive shelling with gas grenades and drove protesters away from the opera building, after which they finally dispersed the rally with tear gas and water cannons.

The police explained to the journalist's wife that Kmuzov is suspected under the administrative article of disobeying law enforcers. He was fined by 2000 laris (about USD 718), Dito Nozadze, Kmuzov's advocate, has informed.

According to his wife, Kmuzov was not in the territory of the rally; he was standing at a distance and taking photos when special agents attacked him, twisted his arms and took away his phone. With the words, "What nice photos; that's what you're going to get for now," they put him into a truck," the wife said.
