Action "Caucasus Against Terrorism"

The action "Caucasus Against Terrorism" took place in Vladikavkaz on November 27. Trade unions, woman, youth, sport and veteran organizations of North Osetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Stavropol Territory and Ingushetia took part in it.

A charity concert of artistic groups from these republics and a competition of children's creative works titled "What Do I think About Terrorism" were carried out within the limits of the action. Participants made an appeal to the people of Russia calling upon them "to comprehend that the so called persons of Caucasian nationality suffered from evil and violence no less than the others."

The confidence is expressed in the appeal that "there will be forces in the Caucasus capable of uniting the southern regions against terrorism."
